I really like that they have an option of waiting for your car or they offer a shuttle service so you can get what you need to get done while you're without your car.

Nothing But Straight-forward and Easy to do Business!

This is too simple:

1. We were in the market for a new Honda that was rare (CR-Z in August 2010) - dealers had just each received about 2 each and were not schedule to have any more for over a month.
2. We live about 2 hours from this dealer.
3. They quoted a fair price over the phone (arguably better than fair if you ask the other dealers closer to me).
4. They honored the price even 2 weeks later (after they learned other dealers were charging more).
5. They even made a solid attempt to get our first color choice by attempting to locate and trade.
6. They obtained financing on our behalf without jacking up the rate. They even were able to obtain a rate lower than expected.
7. They made NO hard sell attempts to get us to buy anything not asked for No hard sell for warranties, protection plans, fabric protector, lo-jack, or the other numerous items often pushed on a customer in the finance office.
8. They called two days later to make sure everything was OK.

How can I ask for anything more from a dealer two hours away!
