On April 23, 2010 I took delivery of a new 2010 Honda Pilot that was purchased through your dealership's internet department.

 

I am writing not only to thank you, but also to commend you on your outstanding staff.  In my 35 years of buying cars no purchase has been easier.  I could not find the Pilot I wanted in Kansas and began a search thru the Honda website. Your dealership was the only one in Oklahoma/Kansas that had the vehicle.   I had spoken with many people at other Honda dealers, but they kept transferring me to management, I loved the fact, that Eric called me and handled the entire deal, until I got there and Michael had the paperwork already complete  I was very happy with the fair price reached on the vehicle. I simply sent a price I would pay and your team said done deal.  Each of these gentlemen were extremely professional, helpful, thoughtful, and caring. 

 My new Honda Pilot represents the fifth new Honda I have purchased over the years.  A 1988 civic wagon, a 1993 Accord Se, a 2002 Accord Se V6, and a 2006 CRV.   I can honestly say I will be buying any future Honda's from your dealership as well.  It was just that easy! You should be proud of the outstanding sales environment you have created at Cannon Honda.

"Wonderful Service Department!!"

I've been going to Cannon Honda for years to get my car serviced. They always try to accommodate my schedule when making my appointment. I really like that they have an option of waiting for your car or they offer a shuttle service so you can get what you need to get done while you're without your car.

The staff has always been so nice and has been able to answer any question I've had with my car.

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else but Cannon Honda!
