Registrants are limited to first-come-first-serve. Only the first 100 can be flown. Participant must be between the ages of 8 and 17 (born between 10/11/1992 and 10/10/2002). This event is targeting FIRST time fliers - previous participants in the EAA Young Eagles program are ineligible for this event. Note that Flights during the Northern Oklahoma Flight Academy (NOFA) were conducted within the Young Eagles program and are therefore disqualifying for this event. Previous rides in aircraft piloted by relatives or friends or by commercial airlines NOT affiliated with the EAA Young Eagles program are acceptable.
The information on this form will be used to complete an OFFICIAL EAA Young Eagles Registration Form which will be available at the event to be checked for completeness and then signed on the back by a Parent or Legal Guardian. A Parent or Legal Guardian MUST be present in order to sign the official registration form. The number of qualifying children from one family is not limited - a separate form must be filled out for each child.
